Barbados’ own national dish, made with Corn Meal
and Okras, is topped with a tasty Gravy with onions,
tomatoes and sweet-peppers served with Flying Fish.
May also be served with… Dolphin (Mahi-Mahi … not Flipper!)

Hefty 8oz sirloin, grilled in a Green Pepper-Corn sauce,
